Online consultations can be done for all procedures and are best for patients who live far from Tijuana or those whose schedules make it difficult to see us in person.

We want to guarantee our patients receive the best care, in an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, and leave your appointment feeling well informed and ready for your surgery. To achieve this, our initial consultations are extensive and patients can spend up to an hour discussing their surgical wants and needs. We charge a $100 consultation fee for these appointments. However, if you are unable to attend your appointment this fee is fully refundable up to 72 hours before your allocated time. Your appointment can also be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to your booking at no additional cost.

Dra. Arianna went to the UAG School of Medicine. She
then spent six years training in general surgery at
Hospital General de Occidente in Guadalajara. After
general surgery, Dra. Arianna trained for 4 years in
plastic surgery at ISSEMYM Medical Center. She
completed a multiple rotating internship with the best
plastic surgeons all around Mexico and Spain during
her training.
Dr. Barragán went to the UAG School of Medicine. He
then spent 4 years training in general surgery at
Hospital General Queretaro. This included one year as
chief resident. After general surgery, Dr. Barragán
trained for 4 years in plastic surgery at Hospital
General de Mexico, widely acknowledged to be the best
plastic surgery training program in the country.
Most single procedures range from $2,000 to $10,000.
This price includes the surgeon's fee, the operating
room expense, the board-certified anesthesiologist,
and any implants and supplies that may be needed.
Packages that include multiple procedures such as
mommy makeovers, 360-degree liposuction, Brazilian
butt lifts, and full facial rejuvenations are
typically between $5,000 and $10,000.
Fillers like Restylane, Voluma, and Juvederm start at
around $300. Botox is $8 per unit.
At your consultation, we will provide you with an
exact quote for your surgery.
We have patients from all over the U.S. Well before
the COVID pandemic, we were offering virtual
consultations to better serve out-of-town patients and
locals with tight schedules.
The same applies to your follow-up appointments. Most
of our visiting patients stay in town 2-10 days
depending on the procedure. All or most of your
aftercare can then be done virtually from your own
home.
